Who We Are

Silke Morin is a trained educator, neuroscientist, and licensed professional counselor who helps people strengthen their wellbeing and create purposeful change. She is especially interested in helping others connect knowledge with healing and action.

Kris Tolman is a trained educator, biologist, and life coach who helps people learn to listen to their inner voice and support them in creating the life they want to live. She served as the Interim Associate Director for the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD), where she led programming that supported student success, faculty development, and inclusive educational practices. A former biology professor and faculty development coordinator, Kris brings experience in teaching, leadership, and professional learning. She has a PhD in Adult, Professional, and Continuing Education and is a Martha Beck trained Life Coach.

Together, Silke and Kris design and deliver workshops, retreats, and learning experiences that blend education, science, and healing-centered practice. With years of experience co-creating programs for diverse audiences, they help individuals and organizations grow through reflection, skill-building, and meaningful connection. Their work brings together complementary strengths in coaching, counseling, biology, and facilitation to support transformation that is both practical and deeply human.
