The Compass Within

Are you a woman at a crossroads in life? Have you spent the last 20+ years caring for others and not yourself? Have you built a career that now leaves you unfulfilled or burned out? Have life transitions left you without clear direction or wondering what’s next?

The Compass Within is a retreat by women for women who are looking to find their bearings at a transition point in life. This retreat is not therapy. It's not about fixing yourself. It's about slowing down and turning inward - learning to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings in order to make more intentional choices about how you live your life moving forward.

Using the metaphor of navigating with a compass and science backed practices, this retreat will focus on developing self-awareness to recognize when we are “off course” and cultivating the ability to intentionally reorient toward what is most important in life. We provide a safe and structured space for reflection, insight, and personal growth.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a framework for navigating life with greater clarity and alignment, and practical tools to course correct as needed.
