Come join us for an amazing experience on the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country. During our time together we will be using the metaphor of navigation and the compass. Participants will explore the inner systems that shape human experience: thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and personal values. Through guided reflection, experiential activities, and discussion, the retreat will focus on developing self-awareness, learning to recognize when we are “off course,” and cultivating the ability to intentionally reorient toward what is most important to life to you individually. Rather than offering quick fixes or therapeutic processing, this retreat provides a thoughtful, structured space for reflection, insight, and personal growth. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a practical framework for navigating life with greater clarity and alignment, and tools that can implemented to keep yourself on track.
